Product Stewardship cannot be achieved without the active participation of the public sector. As a government member, you can help to shift the responsibility for the finance and management of products at end-of-life from governments, to producers and consumers. This shift saves governments and taxpayers millions of dollars and lowers overall costs by designing more efficient programs. State and Local Government Members

State Government members include state-level agencies, such as State Environmental Protection Agencies, Departments of Environmental Protection, and other state level agencies interested in product stewardship related initiatives. Local Government members include town, city, county, and other local-level agencies interested in product stewardship related initiatives.

Partnership

Product Stewardship cannot be achieved without the active participation of the private sector. Corporate Partners

Corporate partners include companies, consulting groups, or any private entity interested in product stewardship related initiatives. PSI offers two corporate partnership levels: Corporate Sustaining Partnership and Corporate Partnership.

Organizational Partners

Organizational partners include environmental and other organizational non-profit groups interested in product stewardship related initiatives. PSI offers two organizational partnership levels: Organizational Sustaining Partnership and Organizational Partnership.

Academic Partners

Academic partners include colleges and universities interested in product stewardship related initiatives. PSI offers two Academic partnership levels: Academic Sustaining Partnership and Academic Partnership.

Non-US Government Partners

Non-US government partners include any government agency located outside of the U.S. interested in product stewardship related initiatives. PSI offers two Non-US Government Partnership levels: Non-US Government Sustaining Partnership and Non-US Government Partnership.

Individual and Sole Practitioner Partners

Individual Partnerships are available for persons not associated with either government, industry, or an organization who are interested in product stewardship related initiatives. Sole Practitioner Partnerships are available for individuals who independently own and manage a company or organization who are interested in product stewardship related initiatives.
